Connecting healthcare professionals with the practices that need them.
Kinap matches doctors and healthcare professionals with the clinics and practices looking for short-term replacements — locum work, made simple.
I designed the experience end to end: discovering matched opportunities, opening up availability, agreeing on dates by message, confirming a booking, and looking back on activity — across both a mobile app and a web dashboard.
The teal-and-navy identity, the component library and the motion all came out of the same system, so the product feels calm and trustworthy at every step.
Medical replacements are usually arranged through word of mouth, scattered calls and last-minute stress.
The goal was to make finding and confirming a replacement feel as simple and reassuring as any modern booking — for two very different users: busy practitioners and understaffed facilities.
That meant designing trust signals (ratings, reviews, match scores), a low-friction way to agree on dates, and moments of relief when a booking finally lands.

A calm, trustworthy product where a stressful, manual process becomes a few clear taps.
Motion is used sparingly — only to reward the moments that matter, like a confirmed booking or a strong month. The same small design system carries the brand across mobile and web, so the experience always feels like one product.
